A key Ho.Re.Ca event in Tuscany
On Monday, March 16, we were in Tuscany, at Viola Park in Bagno a Ripoli, for the second edition of VINIamo, an event dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca world organized by Prinz, a leading company in Food & Beverage distribution.
Over 50 wineries present, more than 300 labels available for tasting, and an audience made up of industry professionals, buyers, and new entrepreneurs.
Cantina Mingazzini represents Emilia-Romagna
In this context, Cantina Mingazzini represented Emilia-Romagna, bringing its wines beyond its home territory and engaging with a new and highly qualified audience.
The Ho.Re.Ca audience: young, knowledgeable, and curious
Among the tasting stands, we met many young Ho.Re.Ca entrepreneurs and professionals: attentive, knowledgeable, and above all curious.
An audience that doesn’t just taste but wants to understand the product, its identity, and its positioning. It is often said that young people drink less wine, but here the perception was different: more selective, but also more aware.
Taking wine beyond its territory: a real test
Taking wines outside their usual context means truly putting them to the test.
Without references, the wine must stand on its own and speak for itself. In these situations, the response is immediate and authentic. Our wines sparked curiosity and interest.
Our most appreciated wines at VINIamo 2026
The Lambrusco Cartabianca was among the most requested, with many visitors coming to the stand specifically to taste it.
The Cinquantacinque Albana Secco was recognized as a significant wine, capable of standing out and earning respect.
The Pignoletto Euporja confirmed its versatility: perfect as an aperitif but also throughout the meal, especially with light and summery dishes.
VINIamo: not just a showcase, but a real comparison
VINIamo is not just an exhibition event, but a concrete moment of comparison with the market.
It allows you to step out of your usual habits, observe new dynamics, and understand how wines and audiences react when the context changes.
New opportunities for Cantina Mingazzini
Cantina Mingazzini returns from VINIamo 2026 with new confirmations and contacts that may turn into concrete opportunities in the Ho.Re.Ca world.
