Cantina Mingazzini specializes in contract wine bottling, offering customized solutions for wineries, independent producers, and wine industry professionals.
From bulk wine to the finished product — labeled, packaged, and market-ready — we ensure high-quality standards, production flexibility, and technical support at every stage of the process.
We manage the entire process to deliver a final result tailored to your needs. Upon arrival, the wine is sampled and analyzed. According to your instructions, we begin the necessary treatments, which may include the use of oenological adjuvants.
If needed, we provide clarification and filtration services using diatomaceous earth filters to preserve the wine’s characteristics.
The process continues with microfiltration, using a three-housing system with cartridges of 1 micron, 0.65 micron, and 0.45 micron (the last two testable), to ensure full product sterility.
We are equipped with small to medium-sized autoclaves, ideal for efficiently managing even small-scale batches.
