MAX. GRAPE PRODUCTION: 10 tons/hectare.
VINIFICATION: white vinification and rest upon yeast for minimum 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes a natural fermentation by the Charmat Method.
STORAGE: stainless steel tanks.

- BOUQUET: delicate, fruity and crispy. Elegant at nose and delicate.
- TASTE: dry, harmonious, with good acidity. Slightly fruity and crispy with elegant persistence.
- PERLAGE: frisky and elegant. Continuous and fine sparling. .
WINE MAKER’S OPINION: perfect as aperitif. It’s the ideal match with seafood dishes or fish.
