MAX. GRAPE PRODUCTION: 13.5 tons/hectare.
CRUSHING: the bunches are picked by hand or mechanically towards Mid-End of August. They are carried to the cellar and pressed by a soft crushing and through a controlled temperature fermentation they maintain the beautiful fruity bouquet.
It, then, undergoes through a controlled temperature fermentation by the Charmat Method.
STORAGE: stainless steel tanks.

- BOUQUET: typical, vinous and delicately fruity.
- TASTE: dry, harmonious, delicately fruity, tangy and crisp.
WINE MAKER’S OPINION: the ideal wine for all occasions as appetizers or with fish -based pasta. Perfect with white meat and fishes.
SERVE AT: 8-10° C
