ANALYTICAL DATA: 
dry white sparkling wine.

ALCOHOL VOLUME: 12% vol.

PRODUCTION AREA: Imola hills.

SOIL: medium mix, limestone and clay.

ALTITUDE: 295/393 ft. a.s.l.

MAX. GRAPE PRODUCTION: 10 tons/hectare.

VINIFICATION: white vinification and rest upon yeast for minimum 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes a natural fermentation by the Charmat Method.

STORAGE: stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES:

  • COLOR: straw yellow with golden nuances.
  • BOUQUET: delicate, fruity and crispy. Elegant at nose and delicate.
  • TASTE: dry, harmonious, with good acidity. Slightly fruity and crispy with elegant persistence.
  • PERLAGE: frisky and elegant. Continuous and fine sparling. .

WINE MAKER’S OPINION: perfect as aperitif. It’s the ideal match with seafood dishes or fish.

SERVE AT: 6-8° C
